Kitchen Pro Wins gives businesses a free report on how they show up in local search, based on public data and your answers. There is no charge and no obligation. Any paid service is agreed separately in writing and invoiced by DIGITAL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
Search positions change daily and depend on where and how someone searches, so a snapshot shows one moment from one location. Instant snapshots are automated, with no human check, and findings we can’t fully confirm are marked to verify. A snapshot is information, not a promise of any ranking, lead or result.
Use the site only for a business you own or work for, or with its permission. Give accurate details. Don’t try to overload, copy or get around the limits and security of the site. We may refuse or remove a request that doesn’t follow these terms.
The site, its software and its design belong to us or our licensors. You can keep and use your snapshot for your own business. Names and data of third parties in it remain theirs.
The site and snapshots are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service concerned in the six months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you. Otherwise it goes to the competent courts in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a different court.
