Invoices for any paid service are issued by DIGITAL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
1. Data we collect
- What you give us in a form: your email address, name and phone number if you enter them, your business name and website, the towns and services you choose, and your answers about your goals, ads and lead sources.
- Your snapshot: the search positions, reviews and website details we find for the business, which come from public sources.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to limit repeated requests and kept in our web server logs with the page, time and browser.
2. Why we use it, and our legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
- To prepare and send what you asked for, such as your snapshot or a call: steps you request and any contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up about your snapshot, keep the site secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
- To send you marketing, where you agreed to it: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records if you buy a service: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
3. Who receives it
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Hosting and server providers. Our servers are in the European Union.
- A search data provider, which receives your business name, website, towns and the searches we run. It does not need your email or phone number, and we do not send them.
- Email and spreadsheet providers, which send our messages and hold our list of requests.
- A security provider, for the check that a form is being used by a person, when that check is on.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some providers may be outside the European Economic Area. Where that is so, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Requests and the contact details in them: up to 180 days, unless we are working together.
- Copies in our server backups: up to 14 more days.
- Web server logs: about four weeks.
- Your snapshot, at its private link: until you ask us to remove it.
- Accounting and invoicing records: ten years, as Bulgarian law requires.
5. Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on these pages. The check that a form is being used by a person, when it is on, may use what it needs to work.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format, as Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR provide. Write to hello@code3-creative.com. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg, or to the authority where you live.
7. Contact
For anything about your personal data, write to Julia Goncharova at hello@code3-creative.com.
